Unless separately licensed and expressly engaged in writing, the firm is not acting as a business broker, securities broker, investment banker, CPA, attorney, licensed appraiser, insurance broker, loan broker, environmental consultant, engineer, or fiduciary.
No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this website, and no service described on it, guarantees a successful acquisition, favorable financing, future business performance, or the discovery of every liability associated with a target business. Our recommendations may include Proceed, Proceed with Conditions, Renegotiate, Pause Pending Additional Information, or Do Not Proceed. A recommendation not to proceed can be, and often is, a successful outcome for the client.
Reliance on third-party and client-provided information
Our analysis relies substantially on information provided by clients, sellers, brokers, lenders, and other third parties. We classify information by verification status (Verified, Partially Verified, Seller-Reported, Assumed, or Not Yet Verified), but we cannot independently verify every fact, and material unverified information may still exist despite our best efforts.
Founder experience and past results
References on this website to our founder's experience as a business buyer and seller describe that individual's personal history. They are not a guarantee, prediction, or warranty of any client's future results, and every acquisition and buyer's circumstances differ.
Professional referrals required
Certain matters require review by a licensed attorney, CPA, insurance professional, licensing specialist, environmental consultant, engineer, or other qualified professional. We will identify such matters when they arise, but the responsibility to engage and rely on those professionals rests with the client.

Any testimonial or case study published on this site is authorized, accurate, and presented with appropriate context; case studies are anonymized where necessary and are not presented as typical or guaranteed outcomes.
